How the fee is determined.
The fee for conducting a matter reflects its complexity, the volume of the files, the number of hearings, the preparation time required and the involvement of additional specialists.
Court costs, stamp duties, translations, private expert opinions, travel and experts' fees are not included in the general fee unless expressly agreed otherwise. Before taking a step that will generate an additional cost, I provide information about its anticipated amount.
The fee may be agreed for a specified task, a stage of the matter or on a time-spent basis. The scope of the engagement and the billing method are confirmed on a durable medium.
A consultation may be the first stage of cooperation.
