A conversation preceded by analysis of the agreed documents.
The consultation lasts 50 minutes and takes place via Google Meet. You select a provisional time in the calendar; the law office confirms it after completing a conflict-of-interest check and receiving the advance.

Choose a provisional consultation time from the availability shown in Google Calendar.

Provide the information required for a conflict-of-interest check and briefly describe the matter.

Google's automatic email confirms that your preferred time has been submitted, but it is not the law office's final confirmation.

After the conflict check, you will receive confirmation, payment details for the PLN 250 advance and a private link for sending up to 5 documents.

Once the advance has been received, I will review the agreed material and the consultation will take place via Google Meet.

Frequently asked questions
Information before booking.
Is the consultation recorded?
Consultations are not recorded. I make the notes required to perform the service. Recording may take place only after the specific purpose, legal basis and data-processing rules have been agreed.
Why can I not select the next available time?
The minimum lead time is required for the conflict-of-interest check, payment confirmation and review of the agreed material before the consultation.
Which documents may I send?
After the booking has been confirmed, you will receive a link allowing you to send up to 5 short PDF, JPG, PNG or DOCX files. If the material is more extensive, I will agree with you the scope and fee for the additional analysis.
How is the advance settled if I cancel?
The advance forms part of the price. Its settlement depends on the time of cancellation and the amount of work performed at your express request. If I cannot provide the consultation because of a conflict of interest, I will refund the full amount paid.
Does a consultation mean that the whole matter has been accepted?
No. The consultation is used to assess the situation and available next steps. Ongoing conduct of the matter requires a separate agreement on scope and fees and confirmation that the engagement has been accepted.
Is every matter accepted for ongoing representation?
No. Before accepting an engagement, I check for conflicts of interest and assess the deadlines, the work required and whether the matter can receive due attention. Where an important reason for refusal exists, I inform the person concerned.
